Life is Always On Display. Keep your home private.

Your home should be your private space. For your eyes only. Sometimes the blinds don’t shut all the way. Sometimes there aren’t blinds. Sometimes you forget to close the blinds. And sometimes you just don’t want the option for the neighbors to peer inside your home and check out your stuff. It’s unnecessary. It’s intrusive, and it makes everyone uncomfortable.

Heat sucks. The last thing you want on a hot summer day is to get back to a roasting house.

That’s what thermostats are for, right? Working double time every day while you’re gone to make sure you and the pets are all nice and cool?

True. But with California electricity nowadays you know the husband of the house is always trying to turn the Air Conditioning off. Talking on and on about how one degree of heat could save you hundreds of dollars on your electric bill.

No one likes the sound of smashing glass, grabbing items. In San Francisco, it’s gotten so bad that my dad has a saying: keep everything out of sight on the inside of the car. Otherwise, you’ll come back to your vehicle with it gone and broken glass instead.

That’s the problem with thieves – they see it, they take it.
